Queen Mother Imakhu is creator and CEO of AKERU MultiMedia, which produces NUBIA
GODDESS RISING podcast, the TV & Radio show, ASHE!, ImakhuVision TV, AKERU Publishing,
and AKERU Music/Video Production . Each venue reflects her personal philosophy and mission:
“Building Bridges through Excellence & Education.” Imakhu serves as programming director, engineer,
editor, and producer.
Her column, TV show, and syndicated radio show, ASHE! , educates audiences about African
diasporic
culture, and successful living. She served as producer and co-host of the topical news syndicated radio
shows, NU AFRAKAN PERSPECTIVES and WORDS FROM THE KEMETIC UNDAGROUND,
and Church of the True Living Waters inspirational web-sermons DVDs.
Internationally known as “Water Woman” and "Renegade Wise Woman," veteran performer and
dynamic lecturer, master storyteller, Imakhu has educated and entertained hundreds of thousands
throughout her thirty-five year career.

Co-founder of Sacred Shrine of Mwt Ast Ministries. Master salesman, martial artist, and ordained
minister Atef HruKhuti Geb Ast of NJ is a man of deep faith. An ankh carrying high priest,
originally a Jehovah's Witness ordained minister, Atef is also an initiated nganga (healer) in the
Shona/Ndebele Water Tradition of South Africa. Recently initiated in Malaysia, Atef became one of
only two official Silat martial arts instructors in the United States. He is also a certified physical
trainer, and certified raw food chef. He presently teaches fitness and martial arts classes in NJ.

African Shona/Ndebele tradition by Michael Ortiz-Hill and Baba Mandaza Kandemwa. The protégé
of several teachers in various traditions, Imakhu has also been trained as a Rehu-t (Wise) Woman,
Earth Keeper and as a Spiritual Warrior. Her chief mentor has been Elder High Priestess Deloris
Stevens. Imakhu is also the parent of two adult daughters. She has counseled numerous parents and
families.
